Solo Recital at the Grand Signature Piano in Jakarta, Indonesia
I’ll be performing at the Grand Signature Piano in Jakarta, under the auspices of the Indonesia International Piano Competition! I'll be playing a sort of two-sided program - the first half will look back at the Austro-German past (featuring works of Haydn and Mendelssohn), while the second (featuring works of Gershwin, Beach, and Barber) will look at how American composers took that legacy and built something unique from it.
Solo Recital & Residency at Pelita Harapan University in Jakarta, Indonesia
I’ll be spending the whole day at Pelita Harapan University (UPH) in Jakarta, giving lessons and playing a recital! Truly looking forward to teaching the students and performing. Teaching will take place in the late morning and afternoon, while the performance will be in the evening. The recital program will feature music of Mendelssohn, Barber, Debussy, and Prokofiev.
